파일을 락을 잡지 않고 파일을 수정한 후에 커밋이나
삭제를 할수 없도록 하는 속성입니다. 즉 한 파일에 대해서
한명만 작업이 가능하도록 한다고 보시면 됩니다.
svn 속성의 적용은 아래의 방식대로 하시면 됩니다.
Edit 버튼을 누르면 나오는 텍스트 파일에서 아래 내용을 추가해줍니다.
